I am currently recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Ilkeston. This is a part time position for an immediate start for approximately 3 months, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.15 - 12.15.

Duties will include but not limited in:

Dealing with all post (opening, distributing to relevant staff member)
Stamping invoices
Updating spreadsheet on Excel with invoicing details
Dealing with Purchase Orders
Answering the phone
General admin and office support
Data InputThe successful candidate will:

Be friendly, professional and approachable
Have experience with all Microsoft Office packages
Sharepoint experience is a bonus
Able to work independently
Be very computer literate
Have a professional telephone manner and attitude
