Oscar Technology are partnered with one our long-standing e-commerce clients, supporting their search for several new Agile Delivery Managers to support their ongoing evolution towards 'Agility'

They are 2 years into an Agile adoption process, which has seen them introduce scaled Agile into their business and reorganise their delivery teams into the Squads, Tribes and Chapters model. Their practices are continuing to evolve with them increasingly moving their technology stack away from COTS platforms and monolithic architectures, to developing their own API driven services, based around AWS-hosted microservices.

The business are still evolving into a Agile-led firm so you'll be bringing external expertise and knowledge to help continuous refine and improve Lean Agile practices, with within your Squads but also in collaboration with your peers.
