Description

The duties include:

Help manage financials, management and KPI reporting on a professional and commercial basis including interim and full year financial reporting
Help manage accounts and VAT
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and weekly bank summary
Prepare monthly development payment run
Deal with creditors queries within the Manchester team
Perform weekly Reconciliation
Assist in providing information to support financial forecasts and models updates on regular basis
Assist in the preparation of Investment debt reporting Assist in the preparation of the drawdown of funds for the Development debt
