This is an exciting opportunity for an Assocaite Director - M&E Asset Management to join the Property Services team of an internationally recognised Building Services brand being based out of their offices in Manchester City Centre.

Property Services provide landlords, property agents, and building managers with advice, guidance, and expertise to make the most of their building; equipping them with the technical know-how to best use the engineering systems and services or comply with legislation. Whether it's a Change (plant renewal/replacement/refurbishment), Care (surveys/technical advice) or Carbon (building energy compliance) project, you will provide both an overview of design strategies as well as guidance for managing their system operations. You will be driven by the importance of being able to use a space as effectively and efficiently as possible....
