Associate Director Quantity Surveying - Private Consultancy

Our client is a multi discipline Private Property and Construction Consultancy based in the heart of the city of Manchester and are currently seeking an Associate Director Quantity Surveying Professional who has demonstrable experience in project delivery of Residential projects as well as Employers Agent expertise.

Due to the nature of their work they are looking to appoint an Associate Director of Quantity Surveying who can take ownership of a major project on behalf of a key client as well as be a senior lead within the newly established office.

In order to be considered for this opportunity the client has requested that you have demonstrable experience in delivering schemes up to £80million from inception to completion; this is very much a client facing role and so you must have excellent communication skills.
