Building Maintenance Operative

Competitive Salary (Dependent on experience) + Benefits including paid overtime

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - Shifts between 8am - 6pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays with day back in lieu

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative for our client within the student accommodation sector. You will provide support and provide assistance to the General Manager to ensure that the accommodation building, utilities, plant, machinery and equipment are properly maintained, making appropriate recommendations for planned maintenance as required.

Duties include:
