We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Collections Agent to join our brand-new Manchester based Collections Team for our UK Motor Finance client, working withing a fast-growing consumer lending business.

Key responsibilities:

The role of Collections Agent is primarily to communicate with our customers in arrears, predominantly via telephone and on occasion via written communication methods. We strive to ensure that our customers receive a professional, compliant journey always therefore outstanding customer service skills are paramount.
