V-Recruit are currently recruiting for 2 x Permanent Construction Site Managers for contracts around the Manchester/Wigan/Liverpool areas as soon as possible.
Our client is based in South Yorkshire but complete most of their work across the Lancashire/Merseyside counties, soon to be reaching as northwards as Cumbria.
The right candidates will be experienced in commercial to residential conversions, mainly to apartments or HMO's.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project/s
* Ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
* Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
* Coordinating and supervising construction workers
