A Contact Centre Advisor role is now available with Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue. This role is available immediately on an initial 2-month temporary contract.
What is the role?
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue are now looking to appoint a Contact Centre Advisor to assist the delivery of community focused initiatives.
You will also act as the first point of contact for all queries and requests.
How will you do this?
Handle a wide range of queries regarding GMFR's Safe and Well visit programmes. Work to encourage the installation of working smoke alarms in homes across Greater Manchester. Utilise databases and analyse data to help coordinate community initiatives.
What skills do you need?
Experience in a busy customer service or contact centre environment. Ability to communicate with a wide range of customers in a professional customer focused manner, with a commitment for call resolution. Ability to maintain accurate record...
