About The Role Here at CarFinance 247 we are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join our team! As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our Customers receive a seamless journey when finding and funding their perfect car. You will handle both inbound and outbound customer queries as well as being responsible for routing calls throughout the business where necessary. The Customer Service Advisors are managing a client base on a daily basis, helping customer who need support completing their documents and/or understanding their finance agreements. Experience needed for the Customer Service Advisor : Experience in making both inbound and outbound calls, dealing with customer queries that come through to the department.
