We're looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our platform team here at Footasylum to help our development teams deliver value to the business.

The role is currently fully remote but candidates with access to our Manchester and Rochdale offices are preferable for face-to-face meetings and workshops when safe to do so.

This is a challenging role for an experienced software delivery expert who can:
Support and motivate a development team in creating services used by millions of customers. Coach team(s) and stakeholders in agile ways of working. Identify, elaborate and track against clear and measurable objectives. Communicate clearly with all levels of the business and bring together technical and non-technical conversations. Identify, highlight and resolve any problems that might impact the ability of the team to deliver against objectives.
