Daytime Healthcare is offering a great opportunity to work as a Deputy Manager with a well established children's care provider in Manchester.

As a Deputy Manager, you must be able to support the registered manager for a quality service to be delivered and maintained. You must make sure that training is completed and staff are updated by understanding their responsibilities in the Quality Standards & Children's Home Regulations. In this position, you will be required to make sure children's reviews and meetings are arranged within the allocated time scales.

Requirements:
You must have or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Children's Health and Social Care.. You must be able to manage time and arrange meetings, create staff rotas, monitoring staff holidays and sickness, write reports, assist in HR administration tasks. You must be able to meet goals and act calmly in challenging situations.
