If you're a Software Engineering leader (you're a Development Manager, or perhaps a Senior Developer who takes on leadership/mentoring duties) this could be the career opportunity for you. An increase in Developer headcount to cope with global customer demand has led to the creation of this role based in Manchester City Centre.

You'll be joining a tech firm who are delivering complex business logic systems and enterprise-scale web applications to. Your leadership expertise will be used to manage the output of a team of 10 Software Engineers using a range of languages, predominantly Microsoft (.NET) and increasingly more open source and functional languages.

You'll want a role where you can lead stand-ups, coordinate software releases, input into product development, remove blockers for your Devs, recruit and importantly, coach and mentor a team of varying levels of experience.
