6 month temporary contract with a large housing association in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a large housing association with over 13000 properties across Manchester. They have recently had a lot of claims through and as such are looking for a chartered disrepair surveyor to join their team on a 6 month contract with potential to go permanent.

Your new role
In this role you will be the expert witness defending the cases for the housing association. Your role will be looking after disrepair, statutory nuisance, land ownership, illegal evictions and incidents of personal injury, providing a comprehensive and vigorous defence.

What you'll need to succeed

Have 5 years directly related experience in building surveying in the construction industry with a minimum HND/HNC or equivalent qualification in construction.
