Would you like to join a large national charity that provides services and support to improve the lives of people with disabilities?

In this role you will be delivering a pre-employment programme to help job seekers with disability support needs progress towards education, training, and employment. You will be managing a case-load of disabled customers, supporting and empowering them to find work whilst ensuring that all programme KPI's are met.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and experience in a similar role, and be confident delivering the service to customers on either a one-one basis or within group- based delivery. You will also work with delivery partners to promote the services to disabled people and generate referrals to this voluntary service.
