Support Desk Engineer, Permanent position, Upto £30k Basic(Dependent on experience)
Working hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-3pm
Do you have an Engineering background within a Service Desk or Technical Support role?
Manufacturing is becoming more and more efficient through automated technologies.
That means more Electrical Engineering, whether it be Smart Technology, Robotics, Advanced Batteries, Automated Electrical equipment, or Electric Vehicles.
This is where your skills are needed in supporting the companies Field Service Engineers through offering Technical Support expertise on electrical equipment and vehicles.
As part of a Technical Support team, you will manage your own Service Desk in supporting the Service & Repair team as well as contributing to training courses for Workshop staff and Sub-Contractors.
You will ensure systems are updated with any issues and tasks that need to be actioned.
