I am currently working with a leading contractor in the Public Sector to appoint a Floor Layer/Multi Tradesman in Greater Manchester. My client has expressed an interest on working on a temporary to permanent contract, so this will be an excellent opportunity to secure a successful career with a market leader in the industry.

My client carries out both responsive repairs and maintenance and void property work on behalf of reputable housing associations. They are looking for time served Floor Layers, who can turn their hand to other basic trades in a 'Multi Skilled' role (basic plaster patching/ plumbing ect that needs completing in properties).

My client is looking for candidates based in the Stockport/Macclesfield but travel around Greater Manchester is to be expected.

Candidates must have their skilled CSCS Card and be able to drive. It would also be desirable if candidates had came from a Public Sector/Social housing background.
