Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Location: Manchester Package: £20k, £32-£35k OTE (year 1), £35 - £40K OTE (year 2), £40k - £50k OTE (year 3)

Based in Manchester, my client company is an experienced team of ferociously hard-working consultants sourcing the best talent and opportunities for PE funds and their portfolio companies and specialise in placements in private equity, CFOs, data & analytics and the finance sectors. Incentives include holidays to Ibiza, New York and Dubai with commission structure rising to 30% including quarterly bonuses. There is a sociable and collaborative environment with everyone earning very decent money but also really enjoying what they do!

They are currently looking for recent graduates or people who have 6 months + sales experience who can really excel and bring something new to the team.
