Currently working with a charity who are looking for an experienced HR manager to oversee all HR policy and procedures across the HR function.
This candidate will work with the senior management team to support and develop people strategies with a key focus on developing staff through training and guidance. Applicants will need to be experienced and qualified in HR practices with previous experience working alongside leadership teams and proven EDI experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* To work as a senior manager, ensuring the Workforce Plan is aligned to the business plan, contributes to the development of the organisation and ensures staff engagement.
* To manage the HR Interventions Risk Register and external employment law contract providing expert HR advice to drive standards, challenge poor performance and resolve conflict, minimising risk to the organisation.
