H9 Human Resources are partnering with a national business seeking a HR Officer/Senior HR Advisor for a generalist role in a fast growing organisation. The role is based at Head Office in East Manchester.

This role focuses on the delivery of a high quality HR service for employees across the UK, working with managers and directors in a fast paced and varied role.

Duties

Provide HR advice to the business regarding all HR queries, including support on sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, maternity and paternity and recruitment.
Manage all aspects of employee relations including complex ER casework
Coach, support and mentor managers in the application of HR policies and practices to meet current and future business needs.
Management of the HR database and all HR records
Involved with TUPE processes within the business
