We are recruiting for a Head of Recruitment and Talent to cover a period of maternity leave. Our Careers Team are made up of 3 experienced Recruiters and a Recruitment Administrator. The team lead the recruitment process from supporting leaders with getting new vacancies approved, through to supporting starters with their on-boarding and induction process (and everything in between). The majority of our jobs are field based Engineer Surveyors across the UK and Ireland, but we also recruit for a range of roles across our growing business.

What will I be doing?

As our Head of Recruitment and Talent (maternity cover) you will lead and support our amazing Careers Team, assisting them with their day to day duties and challenges faced. You will be a hands on team player, happy to get involved in the full recruitment process, helping out at all stages to ensure that the team deliver on time, every time.
