Our client, an Ofcom registered Telecoms Business in Manchester are looking to recruit a Provision and Support assistant into their IT team.

As a member of their Telecoms Provisioning & Support team, you will be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis and support or their wide range of products and services including lines, connectivity, WLR, CPS and Hosted Telephony (VoIP). Provisioning is a key part of this role.

Responsibilities

Finding opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products and service when liaising with customers.
Fault diagnosis and efficient management to resolution
Establish customer requirements and assess their needs through to implementation.
Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
Liaising with suppliers
Provisioning products and services

Skills required

Proven working experience within the telecommunications industry in a support role
Technical knowledge and understanding.
