Generation UK are a charity who support young people aged who face barriers to employment, to build thriving, sustainable careers, and provide employers with the skilled and motivated talent they need.

This is how our model works in Greater Manchester:
We identify entry-level roles We create free industry specific programmes to train young people aged 18-25 to do these roles We work with employers to offer real job interviews to all our learners
Additionally, all Generation programmes provide:

* Mentor during and post bootcamp

* Remote delivery (laptops, work space and wifi access can be provided for free also)

* Expert course instructor and employability support

* Learners can still receive benefits during programme
