We have an excellent opportunity for a Lead Generation Team Manager to join an established Insurance firm based in Manchester City Centre. 30k base salary 50-60k OTE.

Duties:
Generate customer interest for life insurance for sales adviser to quote. Maintain database Pick up on call backs Arrange call backs Contact UK Consumers and generate sales interest for life insurance
Experience:
Ideally come from a life insurance background (although debt management, claims would is potentially suitable) Must have outbound team management experience Highly developed communications skills; internally and externally A team player with an adaptable and approach to work to suit business needs and changing priorities Build rapport over the telephone and gain trust Have the ability to take initiative to increase you own knowledge as well as that of the team Sales or Lead Generation in the B2C industry
