Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a growing business as part of their professional team of property specialists, to cover the North West.
This niche role which is ideally suited to somebody who has worked in the property sector in some capacity, ideally having a background in lettings, estate agency, conveyancing, or social housing.
Duties will include:
* Carry out property viewings across the North West
* Relaying feedback from viewings
* Inventories
* Rental valuations/Knowledge of the area
* Check ins & Check outs
* Good customer service skills
* Routine Tenant Inspections
* Dealing with queries from Leaseholders on a day to day basis by phone, email and letter.
