We have a Marketing Coordinator opportunity available to cover a 6 month fixed term contract within our Business Development & Marketing team.

The purpose of the role is to manage, create and prepare the legal directory submissions for the firm. The successful candidate is required to work closely with the legal teams to ensure all documents are completed and formatted with the correct spelling and grammar.

The main duties of the role is to set up various worksite folders for submissions, create templates for practice areas, populate new information from the website and other internal sources and proofread documents that have been completed by the legal team.

We are looking for an organised individual that holds a high level of attention to detail with the ability in managing multiple tasks working to tight deadlines. Knowledge or experience of working in a legal environment would be a great advantage!
