Network Team Leader - Manchester

One of the most successful and rapidly expanding IT Service Providers in the country are seeking an experienced Network Team Leader. This is a split role, 30% people management, 70% hands-on project work.

It is expected that this role will allow you to further your knowledge and up-skill extremely quickly due to the very wide range of network environments you will encounter. You'll also be working with some of the most competent network engineers in the country.

You'll be responsible for managing a small team of Senior Network Engineers, planning and allocating workload, organising regular 1-2-1 sessions, and running weekly team meetings to ensure projects are being managed effectively and resolutions are occurring within agreed SLA's. In addition, you will of course be dealing directly with customers of the business, therefore first-class communication skills are a must.
