Organisational Development Manager - Manchester - Permanent c£45,000 This is a unique opportunity to join a high profile North West organisation, who are experiencing a vast amount of change, and are driving a hugely innovative OD and Talent agenda. While overall a varied role, in particular this person will focus on and be the lead for culture and behaviour. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, really committing to supporting them on the change journey, which is both organisational and behavioural.
