Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare, Perms) - Home Based

Basic Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission

We're growing our team and seek a Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our Permanent Healthcare Recruitment division, with a particular focus on the private sector and the recruitment of management / senior clinical personnel.

Candidates must have previous experience in Permanent Recruitment and be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of permanent recruitment principles, with the skills and expertise to provide a truly consultative approach.

Prior experience of the healthcare sector is desirable, but not essential. The Company has strong ties within the healthcare sector and sector-specific training can be provided.
