Working across the Property Industry we have teams that specialize in Built to Rent, Student / PBSA, Residential Developers, Rental, Buy to Let, Housing Associations and Key Worker Housing.

Due to ongoing growth in our rental sales department, we are looking to add a rental transactor to our team based in Manchester. This role will be responsible for processing quotes, following up and closing sales and ultimately increasing our conversion rate.

We are looking for somebody with strong administrative skills and a proven track record of closing sales. An ability to quickly follow up on a qualified leads, provide pricing and presentations and then look to close as quickly as possible.
