An exciting opportunity to work with a Global Leader in their field of Real Estate Services. They provide survey, design and procurement advice along with on-going management of Engineering Services maintenance contracts, monitoring the overall service delivery on behalf of many blue chip clients and investors.

About you

The ideal candidate will have professional experience within the Engineering Services Industry to ensure work is carried out to a specified standard having had a consultancy or facilities services background and experience of Mechanical and Electrical projects or main project teams.

You will have at least 5 years' experience, be confident on going to site and conducting surveys and reports. You will have strong commercial acumen along with a reactive outlook whilst on site. A strong relationship builder with experience of working directly with clients.
