My client is looking for a Senior Partnership Coordinator in the Manchester area on a full time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be working with Partnership Coordinator across boroughs, engaging with various partners and getting referrals to fill academic and vocational courses. Targets will include but will not be limited to: registration of learners, conversion, retention and jobs.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and build referral strategies across the local area to ensure success of programmes to ensure volumes of referrals
Work with Employers to create opportunities for progression and employment.
Developing and managing specialist partner or supplier services to support learners achievement and progression
Maintain strong relationships with the Delivery Teams across the contract areas to ensure conversion of referral to start to achievement
Support social media campaigns, networking and employer relationship development
