The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is the independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance and advice on promoting high quality health, public health and social care.

The Role:

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Senior Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for building strong relationships with key senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. They will deliver an efficient recruitment approach that is aligned with the wider business needs, specifically focussing supporting the end to end process. The Senior Recruitment Advisor will also focus on attracting top talent to NICE by maintaining excellent relationships with national and international Universities to bring in high calibre Graduates/Post Graduates for key roles throughout the organisation.
