Service Delivery Coordinator, Manchester

We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the Service Delivery Lead and Key Account Manager to achieve and maintain high levels of service delivery for a defined portfolio of major clients. Acting as a trusted advisor for clients within UK and Ireland, you will be the first point of contact for the day to day management of queries and drive continuous improvements.
