Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a number of Site Managers to start a Temp - Perm role based across the North West.

My client have a scope of works which include external repairs to local authority properties, including pitched roofing and roofline, flat roofing, cavity wall repairs, brickwork repairs, concrete repairs, rendering and replacement of windows and doors.

As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the trades undertaking the works on site, ensuring all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner within the timescales. You will manage sub-contractors, take meetings, inspect the properties pre and post works and over the day to day delivery of the programme.

As the site manager you will have the following:

* Previous experience working within social housing

* SMSTS, CSCS, IPAF

* Full drivers licence

* First Aid Certificate

* Asbestos Awareness Certificate
