In this role you provide line management of 11 Devs/QAs
You will work closely with the IT Director on technical strategy, road maps and balance development with management of technical debt.
You will be responsible for ensure best practice for software architecture and development life-cycles
Help develop/nurture a DevOps environment
Identify risk throughout the SDLCs
Help develop and grow a high performing software development team.
You will have broad technical skills experience across; .NET, C#, Azure, AWS, Oracle
